All of our rides are accompanied by a guide to ensure the safety of our guests and horses

                          PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
            Reservations and Deposits are required for all rides to ensure your reservation.

                                            “GUESTBOOK CONTACT” Page 
                                                      
Please note:  Deposits are ONLY  refundable if you contact us in writing 48 hours in advance of cancellation. You may do this by replying through our “Guestbook” or by phone.  All refunds following these guidelines above will be handled within 2 weeks of cancellation..  Thank you.

PLEASE BE ON TIME
Please be sure to be at WestWind Ranch at a timely fashion. Check your local roads and highway conditions so you will be on time. If a guest is 40 minutes late, we will assume they will not be arriving and the ride will be cancelled.

All riders 19 and under must wear a helmet. A signed form liability form is mandatory before riding.  For your safety, if at any time the guide feels that safety and guidelines are not being met, he met stop the ride and return home.
